Reiki is an ancient therapy originating from Tibet and was rediscovered in the early 20th Century by Dr Mikao Usui from Japan.  Reiki is a Japanese word meaning 'Universal Life Force Energy'.

 

It is a wonderful treatment which is very safe and natural and therefore suitable for all including babies, children and the elderly.  It has many beneficial effects including deep relaxation and stress relief thus promoting natural self healing on all levels - physical, emotional, mental and spriritual.

 

There is no need for clients to remove any clothing for a Reiki treatment.
